Our priority as a Trust is to work collaboratively with our schools in the SEN sector and beyond to provide the highest quality of education for all our young learners. Once a school joins the Trust, it becomes an equal player in shaping the direction of the Trust and can access the range of support and other centralised opportunities on offer. This collective approach ensures that all schools within the Trust can offer high quality education and access robust support systems, ultimately leading to better outcomes for students, staff, and the wider community.

Brighter Futures Educational Trust is a SEN focused Trust but will support any school that wishes to join the Trust that will benefit from our expertise and support.
Support will include:
- Facilitation of academisation process with the DfE.
- Facilitation of the legal process, including access to solicitors and example documentation.
- Facilitation of consultation processes including example documentation, timelines and decision making.
- Facilitation of negotiations over land transfer and other issues.
- Facilitation on TUPE and staffing arrangements at point of transfer.
Brighter Futures Educational Trust will commission a full due diligence of a school wishing to join the Trust, and provide the opportunity for the joining school to explore the quality of work within BFET to ensure it meets the high standards that would be expected.
